SEJ’s registration window is from January 15th until May 15th

The Southeast Junior Development Camp (SEJ) is a co-ed three–week summer rowing development camp for junior level athletes operating and boarding out of Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. SEJ is a high performance racing camp focusing on developing all aspects of the sport necessary to prepare dedicated athletes for competing at the next level. Including blade work, body mechanics, power application, strength and conditioning, flexibility, mental training, as well as nutrition.
SEJ is geared for athletes that are developing towards the requirements of the USRowing Junior Development system or might have aged and want to prepare for college. Athletes will experience a rigorous and competitive two weeks training program with up to four training and technical sessions per day using weight training and core strength techniques to enhance performance on the ergometer as well as the water. SEJ does not cut, therefor all athletes on the roster will compete in the US Rowing Club Nationals.
SEJ fully supports US Rowing and the Junior National Team Program…
